By accessing, browsing, downloading assets from, or programmatically executing the digital architectures hosted inside the Reeni Personal Portfolio Template ("Service"), you explicitly agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable statutory ordinances.

These terms constitute a binding bilateral contractual agreement between you and the Reeni Creative Labs team. If you do not agree to all provisions within this framework, you are strictly prohibited from utilizing our resources or submitting contact inquiries.

As an authorized user of our digital resources, you agree to utilize the interfaces responsibly and in accordance with valid internet usage rules:

• Authenticity of Details: You guarantee that all communication credentials, email addresses, and project brief variables submitted through our forms are authentic and current.
• Lawful Execution: You agree not to upload, transmit, or inject malicious scripts, command-line exploits, SQL payloads, or malware that compromises the integrity of our front-end or backend server layers.
• Prohibited Mining: Scraping, harvesting, or automated data mining of portfolio items and editorial source materials is strictly prohibited without written consent.

All graphic styles, CSS visual rules, responsive layouts, vector schematics, typing scripts, page transition scripts, logos, and editorial blog articles compiled inside Reeni are the exclusive intellectual property of Reeni Creative Labs, unless otherwise indicated.

These digital assets are protected by international copyright laws, trademark declarations, and trade secret statutes. Unlicensed reproduction, mirroring, or direct commercial packaging of Reeni's aesthetic layouts or custom JavaScript animations is fully prohibited.

Reeni is distributed commercially through the Envato ThemeForest Market. Your usage of this template is strictly subject to the licensing tiers defined by Envato:

Redistributing the template as a standalone theme package, or packaging its customized components into a competing commercial theme system is a direct breach of copyright.

Any transaction conducted for Reeni design packages, support extensions, or commercial custom design licenses is processed securely through authorized Envato systems or third-party payment gateways.

You agree to supply accurate credit card or banking details and authorize the processing of the declared price including applicable licensing taxes. All sales of static digital template files are subject to Envato's Standard Refund Policy.

While we strive to maintain uninterrupted online access to Reeni's live templates, portfolios, and support portals, we do not warrant that our servers will be continuously online or error-free.

We reserve the right to temporarily suspend services, modify site contents, or deploy server patches at our discretion without prior notification to compile new layouts or upgrade our backend security systems.

Reeni is supplied "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether explicit or implied, including fitness for a specific commercial deployment, merchantability, or non-infringement. You assume full architectural and operational responsibility for any codebase customizations you deploy in your commercial end products.

We reserve the absolute right to terminate or suspend your access to our support resources, newsletter lists, or live preview platforms immediately and without prior warning, if you are found to be in breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Any provisions of these Terms which by their nature must survive termination shall remain active, including ownership covenants, warranty disclaimers, and liability limits.

These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted, governed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, excluding its conflict of law provisions.

Any formal legal action or judicial dispute arising from your usage of our template code or services must be initiated exclusively in the federal or state courts located in New York County, New York, and you hereby consent to their personal jurisdiction.
